What courses do you offer?

We offer a wide range of training courses across various industries, including healthcare, technology, and personal development. Each course is designed to equip participants with practical skills and relevant knowledge to support confidence and success in their chosen field.

How can I register for a course?

The following courses are available for immediate online booking:
 

  • HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid

  • HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

  • HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting
     

For all other training programs, please submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) via our online enquiry form or email. We aim to be flexible and will do our best to accommodate your preferred dates upon request.

Is there a group discount available?

Yes. We offer attractive discounts for group bookings. If you are enrolling multiple participants from the same organisation, please contact us to discuss group pricing and tailored packages.

When will I receive my certificate?

Certificates are generally issued on the same day when assessments are completed during standard business hours. For assessments completed outside business hours, certificates will be issued on the next business day.

How can I change my booking date or time?

To request a change, please message the mobile number listed at the bottom of this page or submit an online enquiry form. Requests are usually processed within 2–3 hours.

What happens if I do not finish my pre-course assessments?

Pre-course assessments are mandatory. If they are not completed prior to the training session, you will be required to rebook your course.

Is there a fee for rebooking?

Yes, rebooking generally incurs a fee. However, fees may be waived in certain circumstances. Please submit an enquiry form so we can review your situation.

What should I bring on the day of my assessment?

Please bring a valid form of identification, such as:

  1. Driver’s Licence

  2. Passport Proof of Age Card

  3. Working With Children Check (WWCC)

What happens if I arrive late?

Late Arrival Policy We understand that unexpected delays occur. To minimize disruption and ensure the best learning experience for everyone, we offer a 10-minute grace period after the scheduled start time.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule your training session. This policy ensures you do not miss essential course content and maintains the integrity of the session.
